You can exchange the product for another one it will be exchanged for a new product that will then be reshipped to you. We will pay the return cost but you need to pay the new shipping cost and pack them properly.

Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. You must pay the return cost and pack them properly.

Refund
Our aim is to handle the return within 10 business days of its receipt at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed.
Complaint
If a product is damaged upon delivery please contact [email protected] within 5 working days [email protected]. Enter your order number and send us a picture of the damaged product. We will pay the return and new shipping costs.
